autumn crazy quilting in cross stitch

About a week behind, but I’ve finally finished up the September block of my Crazy Quilting Cross Stitched Quilt Block Collection.  The  month of August has proven a challenge!  There has been so much going on that I’ve been lacking in time to sit down for model stitching, but I think things are getting themselves back on track.

Recommended fabric  for the September block is Fiddler Aida, 14ct. from Wichelt Imports. The design, as with all of this series, uses sampler threads from The Gentle Art and #4 braids from Kreinik. Glass seed beads included and will vary as I use an autumn-hued mix. Finished stitch count, 78w x 78h.
Available now on the website and making way to your local needlework shops soon!

Today I am grateful for the cooler weather that speaks of autumn.  I am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with other artists and to stretch myself creatively. I am grateful for the inspiration I find in so many simple things all around me.
